It all started at the birthday party of Honourable Yinka Ogundimu in December, 2009, when Jamiu Ajiboye, Samson Oloko, Taofeeq Adaranijo, the celebrant and other friends muted the idea of coming together to engage in exercise to keep fit and foster friendship.
Samson Oloko was saddled with the responsibility of identifying a suitable venue while Jamiu Ajiboye was given the assignment of communicating the idea to other friends.
Within three weeks, the Lagos Baptist Secondary School (LABASCO) football pitch was identified as a takeoff venue.
The first exercise session had about thirty friends in attendance. Aside the general exercise session, football soon took the center stage.
Shortly after, the Club appointed a protem management team comprising Jamiu Ajiboye, Stanley Adiele, Rasheed Ajayi, Remi Aboderin and Oluseyi George to run the affairs of club in preparation for the formal incorporation as a Sports club which was achieved in 2014.
The membership strength at this time was just 21.
The club continued at LABASCO until September, 2020 when it decided to expand its sporting activities and thus moved to the present venue at Vetland Junior Grammar School, Agege.
The club has since grown from the initial weekend football kick-about session among friends to a multi-section Sports Club comprising football, aerobics, lawn tennis, table tennis, basketball and table games such as ayo, draughts, scrabble, chess, ludo, etc.
The club is governed by the revised constitution of 2021. The first Constitution was drafted in 2014.
